Welcome to Dartly! Protecting your data is very important to us. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your personal information.

2. What data do we collect?
We only collect and store the data necessary to use the app:

🔹 Personal Data
Player Profile: Your name and optional profile picture are stored.
Dart Specifications: Information about your dart setup (weight, length, brand).

🔹 Game-Related Data
Game History: Results of past games (score, players, date).
Statistics: Achievements such as wins.

🔹 Technical Data
Device Information: Operating system and device type (processed anonymously).
Error Logs: If an error occurs, anonymous crash reports may be submitted to Apple.

3. Data Storage and Security
📍 Local Storage (on your device)
Your profile data and game history are stored only on your device.
If you uninstall the app, all stored data is deleted

🔒 Encryption & Security Measures
If iCloud is enabled, all stored data is protected by end-to-end encryption provided by Apple.
Local data on your device is secured by the iOS security system.
You can delete your profile data at any time in the app settings.

4. Sharing of Data
We do not share any personal data with third parties.
Your data is stored exclusively on your device or in iCloud—no transfer to external servers.
Apple may access crash data if you have enabled anonymous crash reporting.
If you upload images from your photo library, the image remains only on your device.

5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
✔ Request information about the data stored about you.
✔ Delete your profile data (in the app or by deleting the app).
✔ Disable iCloud storage in your iOS settings.

Willkommen bei Dartly! Der Schutz deiner Daten ist uns besonders wichtig. In dieser Datenschutzrichtlinie erklären wir, welche Daten wir erfassen, wie wir sie verwenden und welche Rechte du in Bezug auf deine Daten hast.

2. Welche Daten werden erfasst?
Wir erfassen und speichern nur die Daten, die für die Nutzung der App erforderlich sind:
🔹 Personenbezogene Daten
Spielerprofil: Dein Name und dein optionales Profilbild werden gespeichert.
Dart-Spezifikationen: Informationen zu deinem Dart-Setup (Gewicht, Länge, Marke).

🔹 Spielbezogene Daten
Spielverlauf: Ergebnisse vergangener Spiele (Punktestand, Spieler, Datum).
Statistiken: Erfolge wie gewonnene Spiele.

🔹 Technische Daten
Geräteinformationen: Betriebssystem, Gerätetyp (wird anonym verarbeitet).
Fehlerprotokolle: Falls ein Fehler in der App auftritt, können anonyme Crash-Reports an Apple gesendet werden.

3. Speicherung und Sicherheit der Daten
📍 Lokale Speicherung (auf deinem Gerät)
Deine Profildaten und Spielhistorie werden nur lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden alle gespeicherten Daten gelöscht.

🔒 Verschlüsselung & Schutzmaßnahmen
Falls iCloud aktiviert ist, werden alle gespeicherten Daten mit Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung von Apple geschützt.
Lokale Daten auf deinem Gerät werden mit dem iOS-Sicherheitssystem gesichert.
Deine Profildaten können jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen gelöscht werden.

4. Weitergabe von Daten
Wir geben keine persönlichen Daten an Dritte weiter.
Daten werden ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät oder in iCloud gespeichert – keine Übertragung an externe Server.
Apple kann Zugriff auf Crash-Daten haben, wenn du anonymisierte Fehlerberichte freigegeben hast.
Falls du Bilder aus deiner Fotogalerie hochlädst, bleibt das Bild nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.

5. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf:
✔ Auskunft über die gespeicherten Daten.
✔ Löschung deiner Profildaten (in der App oder durch Löschen der App).
✔ Deaktivierung der iCloud-Speicherung in den iOS-Einstellungen.
